How do I make labels for water bottles or custom beverage containers?
Start with a high-res file (Vector PDF/SVG preferred). For standard water bottle labels, a 2"x8.25" wrap is common. If you need a specific dieline template for a round or uniquely shaped bottle, just ask! For full-wraps, we recommend a 2mm seam gap to ensure a perfect vertical finish on your bottling line.
Are these materials resistant to oils and condensation?
Absolutely. Our Vinyl (Gloss) and Matte Vinyl are 100% waterproof. For essential oils, tinctures, or kitchen sauces, we recommend adding a protective laminate. This creates an industrial barrier against oils and prevents ink-smudging during frequent handling or fridge storage.
Can I choose the core size and wind direction for my labeling machine?
Yes. Our labels on a roll (also known as roll labels) are supplied on standard 3″ cores. We offer multiple wind directions (Outside Wind is default). If your automated applicator requires a specific lead (Left-off, Right-off, etc.), simply leave a note at checkout and we will match your hardware specs.
