3. Custom Artwork & Intellectual Property Rights
By uploading, transmitting, or submitting any artwork, logos, graphics, or text (collectively, "User Content") to our Site, you represent and warrant that:
* You own the copyright, trademark, or appropriate licensing rights to such User Content, or possess full legal authorization to reproduce and print it.
* The User Content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or any other legal rights of any third party.

You hereby grant stickergorillas a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and adapt your User Content **solely** for the purposes of manufacturing your order, displaying digital proofs, and executing internal quality audits. We will never publicly display your custom designs for marketing or promotional purposes without your explicit prior written consent.

4. Trademarks & Licensed Content Refusal
StickerGorillas respects intellectual property rights and strictly prohibits unauthorized duplication. We reserve the absolute right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any order that appears, in our sole judgment, to include infringing, unauthorized third-party trademarks, copyrighted characters, or content that is unlawful, hateful, defamatory, or obscene. 

5. Color, Cut, and Material Variances (Industry Tolerances)
Because 100% of our products are custom-manufactured to order, the customer acknowledges and accepts the following inherent technical limitations, which constitute contractual conformity and do not represent product defects:
* **Color Variance:** Printed colors are processed in CMYK. Inherent variations will occur between digital on-screen previews (RGB) and the final physical printed product, as well as minor color shifts between separate print runs.
* **Cutting Variance:** Due to mechanical tolerances in high-speed die-cutting and kiss-cutting machinery, a minor cutting alignment shift of up to ±1.5mm may occur.
* **Material Finishes:** Minor variations in laminate gloss, matte texture, or backing paper liner stiffness may occur depending on material batches from suppliers.

6. Third-Party Links & Tools
Our Site may integrate third-party software tools (such as artwork uploaders or preview systems) or hyperlink to third-party websites. StickerGorillas does not control, monitor, or assume liability for the performance, privacy policies, content, or availability of these third-party platforms. Access and utilization are strictly at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall stickergorillas, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including but not limited to lost profits, loss of business revenue, loss of data, or commercial opportunities—arising out of or related to your use of our Site, services, or custom products. Our total aggregate liability for any claim brought hereunder shall not exceed the exact monetary amount paid by you to stickergorillas for the specific order giving rise to such liability.

If you create an account on our Site, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all actions that occur under your account. You strictly agree not to attempt to breach, circumvent, or disrupt the website’s infrastructure, cyber-security measures, or automated ordering systems.

Customers are independently responsible for ensuring that their use of our custom labels and stickers complies with all local consumer protection, product labeling, health and safety, and import/export regulations within their respective jurisdictions.
