We want you to be absolutely in love with your stickers! Because every single product we sell is custom-made, please read our policy below regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations.

100% Custom Products - Final Sale
All products on our website—**including our Sample Packs**—are uniquely manufactured and printed based on your specific uploaded images, designs, and specifications. 

Because these items are personalized and cannot be resold to anyone else, **all sales are FINAL. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds once your order has entered the production stage.** We highly recommend reviewing your digital proofs carefully before approving them for print.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the incorrect print, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will evaluate the issue right away and make it right by offering a free reprint or a partial/full refund for the affected items.

Sale Items and Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on sale items or gift cards.

 European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (Right of Withdrawal)

In accordance with **Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU)** and the updated **Directive (EU) 2023/2673**, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) **DOES NOT apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.**

Since 100% of the products on www.stickergorillas.com (including our custom Sample Packs) are custom-made to your individual specifications, **the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to any purchases made on our store.** By finalizing your order and uploading your artwork, you acknowledge and agree that you waive your right of withdrawal once production begins.

Refunds (For Approved Damaged/Defective Claims)
If a refund is approved due to damage or manufacturing defects, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
