    • 100% Custom Products: Every single order on our site—including our Sample Packs—is uniquely custom-made to your individual files and specifications (size, material, finish, quantity).

    2) Files, color & materials (before you upload)

    3) Proofs, approvals & changes

    • Before print: Review and approve your digital proofs promptly to ensure your order remains on schedule.
    • Edits: Small layout adjustments prior to final proof approval are free; extensive design restructuring outside standard preflight is a paid service.
    • Workflow Lock: The moment a proof is approved, files lock. No modifications, address changes, or cancellations are possible once automated custom production has commenced.

    4) Production & turnaround time

    • Standard fulfillment: Production takes 5–7 business days following proof approval. Cross-border tracked delivery typically takes an additional 7–15 business days to your door.
    • Rush orders: Inform us early; we will confirm feasibility and expedited manufacturing surcharges.
    • Firm deadlines: For events or product launches, communicate your required delivery date in advance so we can establish written milestones.
    • Force majeure: Weather anomalies, customs clearing backlogs, or global carrier capacity shortages may impact delivery windows; we will notify you immediately.

    5) Shipping, taxes & customs

    • Global tracked shipping is applied to all eligible destinations worldwide.
    • Risk of loss: For general orders, risk transfers when the courier takes possession of the goods. For EU Consumers: In compliance with EU law, risk transfers strictly only upon physical delivery/possession of the parcel by the consumer.
    • Duties/VAT: International shipments may incur local import taxes. If EU VAT is collected at checkout via our IOSS system (orders under €150), no extra VAT is due at delivery. All other custom duties remain the responsibility of the recipient.

    6) Damages, defects & claims

    How to file a manufacturing claim
    1. Email [email protected] within 7 days of physical delivery.
    2. Include your exact order number and clear photos/video (outer shipping box, carrier face label, and damaged items).
    3. Specify the exact percentage or count of affected units and describe the verified printing or alignment error.

    Resolution: Valid claims caused by manufacturing faults will receive a priority free reprint of the affected portion or a partial refund/credit back to the original payment method.

    We cannot cover customer-submitted typos, low-resolution graphic blurring, expected substrate reflective optics, or post-application wear and tear.

    7) Returns, refunds & cancellations

    • Custom Goods Final Sale: Because 100% of our products are uniquely custom-printed to your individual specifications, they cannot be resold. All orders are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable once production starts.
    • Pre-production cancellations: Requests made within our 2-hour grace period prior to production will receive a full refund minus any file preparation or design layout services already rendered.
    • Sample Packs Policy: Our Sample Packs are fully custom-manufactured utilizing your uploaded designs and artwork. Therefore, they fall under our custom goods clause and are strictly non-returnable.
    • ⚠️ EU Right of Withdrawal Exemption: Pursuant to Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU), the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made items. By finalizing your checkout and uploading your artwork, you acknowledge that you waive your 14-day cooling-off period once manufacturing begins.

    This is why approvals matter: once we manufacture your custom items, they cannot be restocked or reused.

    8) Content & intellectual property

    • You own your design. By uploading graphics, you warrant that you hold undisputed copyright, trademark, or legal licensing rights to those files and that they do not infringe upon any third party.
    • Prohibited content: We strictly refuse to print unauthorized corporate logos, trademarked media characters, or content that is hateful, illegal, or unsafe. Orders breaking these rules will be summarily cancelled.
    • Copyright Indemnity: The customer agrees to fully defend, indemnify, and hold harmless StickerGorillas from any third-party lawsuits, damages, or legal fees resulting from copyright or trademark infringement claims linked to the customer's submitted files.

    9) Payments, pricing & quotes

    • Currencies: USD / EUR / GBP are dynamically displayed and processed at checkout.
    • Methods: Major credit cards and PayPal; corporate direct bank transfers are supported for verified high-volume wholesale contracts.
    • Quotes: Written quotes are valid for 14 days; final confirmation is dependent on active logistics rates and file printability checks at time of checkout.
