Shipping & Logistics Policy

Thank you for choosing stickergorillas! Because every single product we sell is 100% custom-made to order, please review our shipping and logistics policy below.

Where We Ship
We ship worldwide to most countries. If your destination is not available at checkout, please contact us at **[email protected]** and our team will assist you.

 Production Time (Before Shipping)
Because we manufacture custom items uniquely for you, we require time to produce your products before they are handed over to the carrier.
* **Standard Production Time:** 5–7 business days after the customer explicitly approves the digital print proof.
* **Edits / Complex Files:** Artwork corrections, complex design file fixes, or delays in the proof approval process will extend the overall production timeline.
* **Large Orders (2,000+ units):** Timelines for high-volume orders will be quoted case-by-case by our production team.
* *Note: Production time is completely separate from shipping/transit time.*

Shipping Options & Estimated Transit Times
Transit times begin **after** your order leaves our manufacturing facility and is scanned by the carrier. Estimates vary based on destination country and carrier capacity:
* **Economy / Tracked Mail:** 7–15 business days to most US, UK, and EU destinations.
* **Expedited / Express Courier:** 3–6 business days to most major international cities.
* *Please note that customs processing, remote locations, or extreme weather conditions may add to these estimates.*

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
* **Free Worldwide Shipping:** Automatically applies to all orders over **USD $39.90**.
* **Orders below USD $39.90:** Shipped at a flat, low rate calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
* **Promotional Rates:** Special rates (such as custom sample pack offers) will be clearly displayed on the product page or at checkout.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to VAT, GST, customs duties, or brokerage fees levied by your local customs office. 
* **For EU Customers:** If VAT is collected automatically at checkout via our IOSS system (for orders under €150), no additional VAT should be charged upon delivery. However, any additional customs duties or local handling fees remain the sole responsibility of the recipient.
* **For All Other Destinations:** All import fees, duties, and local taxes are paid by the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping rates.

Address Accuracy & Modifications
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. 
* If you notice an error, you must email us at **[email protected] within 2 hours** of placing your order.
* Once a shipping label has been generated or the parcel has left our facility, no address changes can be made. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrectly provided address.

Failed Delivery / Return to Sender
If a package is returned to our facility by the carrier due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, failure to claim the package, or exhausted delivery attempts:
* **NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.** Because 100% of our products (including Sample Packs) are custom-printed with your unique artwork, they cannot be resold.
* We will gladly hold your custom items and reship them to a corrected address, provided that the customer covers the **reshipping fees**.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
* **Delays:** Shipping carriers may experience unexpected delays (customs backlogs, peak seasons, holiday closures). While these are outside our control, we will actively assist you in tracking your package.
* **Lost Parcels:** If your tracking number shows absolutely no movement for 14 consecutive days (domestic) or 21 consecutive days (international), please contact us. We will open an official investigation with the carrier and arrange a free reprint and replacement.
* **Damaged Items:** Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your items are damaged, email **[email protected] within 7 days of delivery** with your order number, clear photos of the outer packaging, the shipping label, and the damaged products. We will evaluate and issue a priority reprint.

Split Shipments
To get your custom products to you as fast as possible, parts of your order may be shipped separately at no additional cost. You will receive an individual tracking number for each parcel.

PO Boxes & Military Addresses
Some express couriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses. If your address falls into this category, please select a standard/economy shipping method or contact us prior to ordering to confirm logistics options.

Holiday & Peak Seasons
During high-volume Q4 periods (November–January) and public holidays, both production workflows and courier transit times may be prolonged. We highly recommend ordering well in advance of your required deadlines.
