The Factory Advantage:

• Packaging Seals: For jars or custom boxes, measure the lid or flat panel and subtract 4–5mm for a clean, professional border that emphasizes the heavy-duty glitter vinyl stickers effect.
• Complex Custom Shapes: Glitter film is a heavy-duty material. For small 1" stickers, our prepress team will smooth out your cutlines to ensure flawless die-cut custom shape edges and prevent lifting at sharp points.
• Text Readability & Contrast: Against the metallic sparkle background, keep body text ≥ 8pt and utilize our selective white underprint for maximum contrast and readability on your custom vinyl stickers.

• ✨
Accepted File Formats: High-resolution PNG (transparent background), SVG, AI, or Vector PDF files are accepted for custom glitter vinyl stickers orders.
• 🎯
Resolution Spec: High-definition 300 DPI (sRGB) is required for maximum metallic sparkle effect contrast and crisp details.
• ⚪
Selective White Underprint: We automatically add an opaque white base layer beneath your color artwork so graphics remain bold and vivid over the glitter texture.
• 📏
Die Cut Custom Shape Margins: Our default transparent or white border outline is 2–3 mm. Leave a note during upload if you prefer a no-border Full Bleed trim line.
• ✍️
Text & Dieline Legibility: Keep fonts ≥ 8 pt and vector cutlines smooth to prevent fine details from blending into the metallic glitter background.
• 🛡️
Free Digital Proof Before Production: Our professional prepress human artists review every single file and will send you an accurate cutline layout proof for final verification before printing.
