Embroidery notes
- Complex, multi-detail artwork cannot be embroidered.
- Very small or densely packed lettering and shapes cannot be stitched cleanly.
- Lettering and simple solid shapes give the best result.

MOQ, artwork, lead time and custom-order policy.
What is the minimum order?
One cap. The price per cap drops at 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 200 and 500 pieces, and the tier applies to the total order quantity rather than to each color.
Can I embroider more than one position?
Yes, but one position is included by default. Choose where it goes in the Embroidery position selector. Each extra position is $3 per cap and is bought through the extra-position add-on before production — up to six positions: front, left front panel, right front panel, back, left side, right side.
What artwork do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) give the sharpest stitch result. A high-resolution PNG or JPG also works — we digitize it for embroidery and send a proof before production.
How long does production take?
Proof within 24 hours of receiving your artwork, production 5–10 business days after approval, then 7–15 business days of tracked shipping. Rush options are available on request.
Can one order include different cap colors?
No. Each order is embroidered with one artwork and produced on one cap color as a single run, so an order cannot be split across colors. If you need the same logo on several colors, place a separate order for each color — bulk pricing applies per order.
How many thread colors can I use?
Up to 12 thread colors per logo position, matched from our standard thread chart.
Can custom caps be returned?
Custom embroidered caps are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged. If a cap arrives damaged, or the stitching does not match the approved proof, contact us and we will replace it. By ordering you confirm that you hold the rights to the artwork and logo supplied.
